Constructionline Bronze
Who you are, your insurance, and a shorter SSIP safety question set.

- Risk assessments and method statements from the last 12 months
- Site-specific RAMS, signed off on real jobs.
- Training, toolbox talks and inductions, with records
- The talks given and the inductions done, each with who signed.
- Accident and near-miss records
- Incident reports, and the policy's section on RIDDOR. Schemes ask for three years' figures.

- You declare it on the scheme's own form: any HSE notices or prosecutions.
