Refund & Cancellation Policy
How cancellation works at RAMS AI, when fees are refundable, and how billing errors are corrected. RAMS AI is a business-to-business service; this policy forms part of the Terms of Service.
Key Points
- Month to month – A monthly plan buys availability of the Service and its document allowance for one billing month; no long contract
- Cancel any time – In the app (Account → Billing → Manage billing) right up to the billing date, or by email with at least seven working days' notice; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month
- Fees are non-refundable – Months that have started, unused months not cancelled, and credits once delivered are not refunded; fees pay for availability, not usage
- Billing errors are corrected in full – Duplicate, post-cancellation or wrong-amount charges are put right within 30 days of being reported
- Business customers only – Consumer cancellation and refund regimes do not apply to business purchases
