Terms of Service – RAMS AI Platform Usage Agreement

Key Sections

1. Business Customers Only – The Service is provided solely for use in the course of a business; consumer-contract protections do not apply
2. What the Service Is – Document-preparation software and a drafting aid; not professional advice
3. Your Responsibility for Documents – The customer is the author and issuer of every document. All content must be reviewed, adapted and approved by a competent person and verified against site conditions. AI output can be inaccurate and must be independently verified
4. Plans, Credits and Fees – Monthly plans renew automatically and allowances reset each billing period; credits expire as stated at purchase
5. Cancellation – Cancel any time in the billing portal, effective at the end of the current billing period; email cancellations need seven working days' notice
6. No Refunds – Fees pay for availability of the Service, not the extent of use; see the Refund & Cancellation Policy
7. Account Closure – Closure is permanent after a 30-day recovery window; download your documents first
8. Limitation of Liability – Liability is capped at fees paid in the preceding 12 months; nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud
9. Changes – Every change is notified to every account holder by email; material changes on at least 30 days' notice
10. Governing Law – England and Wales, exclusive jurisdiction
