What Is a RAMS Document?

RAMS stands for Risk Assessment and Method Statement. A RAMS document identifies the hazards associated with a specific task, assesses the level of risk, and sets out the safe working sequence for completing the work safely. Under CDM 2015 Regulation 15, contractors must plan, manage, and monitor construction work to ensure it is carried out safely.
